Course Description
Using the 12 Dimensions of Healthy Sexuality: Principles and Practice

In his book, "Sexual Anorexia," Patrick Carnes discusses the use of 12 dimensions for exploring healthy sexuality. These same dimensions are an important part of the three circles worksheet (i.e. Positive Sexual Focus) in task 5 of the Task Model. However, they are often underutilized by CSAT® clinicians. In this session, we will go over why these dimensions are important to your clients’ treatment, the values and benefits of using them with your clients, and the practical application of each dimension on both an individual and relationship level.
